Love Lisa. For over a year, Lisa has worked with me twice a week and a couple months ago we upped it to three times a week. Lisa is always on time, smiling and prepared. She has so many techniques, exercises and "toys" that challenges me though carefully watching so I don't incur injuries but still making it fun so it doesn't get old.
