Please be courteous and email or text me 24 hours in advance if you will not attend a session. Sessions will be charged if notice is not given.

(We meet at entrance on Avena Place, then walk to the other side for the workout.)

$360 (ONLY $10/class if you attend 3/week)

If you have never been here, exit RB Road from the 15 and head east to Bernardo Center Drive. Turn Right. Then turn right on Avena Place. You will see signs for the park. Head to the end of the street and you will see a small parking lot at the bottom. We meet there, then head to the other side of the lake for our workout.
